MacOS issue — a lot of purgeable disk space

I used to have an issue — about 300Gb of extra disk space occupied on my MacBook labeled as «pergeable» (on my MacOS Sonoma).

There are a lot of suggestion on the internet, but only 2 of them worked for me.
First, I synced my backups with 2 of my TimeMachines (one of them was not synced for over 6 months).
Second, I ran «Clean up» on a free version of Etrecheck as described on Apple’s forum (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254404533?sortBy=rank):
Tools→Storage→Allow full access…→Start→Clean up.

Results — before it said 659Gb was occupied, not it says it’s only 384Gb.
You can check it in Finder: Macintosh HD→Right click→Get Info→General section.
